1.1. shop.it-computer-learning.online (referred to as ‘eLearning Website’) is an online eCommerce website provided by Won Connect CICCIC that allows you (You) to purchase Won Connect CIC CIC’ eBook & courses (Courses). In these terms and conditions, ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of our eLearning website.
‘Courses’ means the courses made available on our eLearning Website that you have been granted access to via the login details after completing your purchase.
‘Course Content’ means the content of Courses, including the Downloadable Material.
‘Downloadable Material’ means any materials that you are expressly invited to download as part of a Course or an Ebook.
‘Ebooks’ means the ebooks available on our website that you have been granted access to via the login details or download button after completing your purchase.
1.2. Subscription Services will be subject to additional terms contained in the product licence. Those terms will vary on a product by product basis. In the event of a conflict between those additional terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail. By purchasing a Digital Subscription Service You will be deemed to have accepted the product licence terms.

5. MISUSE OF ELEARNING WEBSITE
5.1. You must not use our eLearning Website in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause, damage to our eLearning Website or impairment of the performance, availability, accessibility, integrity or security of our eLearning Website or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity, or do anything that interferes with the normal use of our eLearning Website.

12. TERMINATION
12.1 We may terminate this Contract or any other contract between the parties and may cancel or suspend your access to our eLearning Website if you:
- Are in breach of these Conditions or any other contract between the parties; or
- You have a petition presented for Your winding up or for an administration order to be made in respect of You; You have a receiver or administrative receiver appointed over Your assets; resolves to wind Yourself up (other than for a solvent reorganisation); You have a bankruptcy order made against You or You propose to enter into a composition or voluntary arrangement with Your creditors.
12.2. Termination shall not affect either party’s accrued rights under the Contract.
13. Dispute Resolution
Negotiation:
We want to work this out. In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to work towards a resolution through good faith negotiation.
Mediation/Arbitration:
If talking it over doesn’t go well, either Party may initiate mediation or binding arbitration in a forum mutually agreed to by the Parties.
Litigation:
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
